The purpose of the Conference Grant is to support educators as they further their own professional development by attending a conference of their choice.

Teachers and teaching assistants employed in the CNYTC consortium are eligible to apply for a Conference Grant. Participants may receive one award per school year up to $200 to cover conference registration.

Grant applications are accepted from September 15th through June 15th and are awarded three times during the school year: October, February, and July.

Conference Grants Awarded

The Central New York Teaching Center has awarded Conference Grants to 13 area educators. 

 The purpose of this competitive grant is to support ongoing professional development.  Each recipient will receive up to $200 to attend an educational conference of his/her choice.  Grant winners will share information gained at the conference with their colleagues. 

 The CNYTC provides funding to public and non-public school educators who are part of the Central New York Teaching Center consortium.
