November

In New Jersey, Bev Hornak and "Cassie" (Pembroke Welsh Corgi) got their second leg in Open JWW, and "Brooke" double q'd (their fifth) and also earned an Excellent Standard leg.

October

At the USDAA trials in Stephentown NY, "Ditz" and Penn Spencer earned a first and a Q in his PII jumpers run. He earned a 1st place and his PI Gamblers title, and a 1st place, and his PI Snooker title!

"Ditz" does it again and earned a Q and 2nd place in Novice Regular , a Q and 3rd place in Novice Gamblers, and a Q and 3rd place in Open Jumpers. Plus he had some outstanding work in his other classes, even if they were not Qs!

"Ditz" and Penny Spencer went to a NADAC trial in Greenwich NY and earned three 1st places, one 2nd place, four Qs and two titles (outstanding Novice Gamblers and Open Jumpers).

"Gina" and Stephanie Crawford won 1st place on Open JWW at the Montgomery All Terrier trials. This completes her Open JWW title! "Rocket" and Diane Eggleston finished their NADAC NAC, EJC and OGC titles in early October. They got EVERY contact at the trials, and earned 44 points in the opening of a gamblers run! "Tobey" and Pam Fabian went to Williamsport and finished their Novice Standard Title on Saturday with a 1st place. On Sunday they earned thier first Open Standard leg with a 2nd place and their second Novice JWW legg, with a first place! Bev Hornak and "Brooke" earned a 3rd place in Excellent Standard, and "Cassie" got her 1st Open Standard leg at the Williamport Dog Training Club trails. "Sassy" and John Russell earned a Novice Standard leg at the Williamport Dog Training Club trial on October 3rd. "Apollo" (Hilltop Acres Save Apollo CDX, OA, NAJ, NAP, NJP) and Sue Hamlin earned a 1st place in Open Standard Preferred at Williamsport.

September

Penny Spencer went to a CPE trial in Glens Falls where "Ditz" earned a 1st, two 2nds, a 3rd and two 4th places, qualifying on all 6 runs and earning two titles (level 2 Standard and levle 2 Strategy Games). "Curly" earned two 1st places and 2 qualifying scores in the Standard Specialists class.

Pam Fabian and Australian Shepherd "Tobey", went to Wine Country and earned two Novice Standard legs (1st place and 2nd place) and one Novice JWW leg (2nd place)!

Becky Tinus and "Jason" finished their Open Standard title at Wine Country with a clean run and 3rd place! Bernie and "Muttin" earned an MX and MXJ leg the same weekend!

Nancy Wiedrich and Aussie "Sienna" earned 2 Open Jumper's legs at Wine Country. Also, Gwen Gerow and Doberman "Remington" finished his NA title with THREE 1st places. He also finished his NAJ title with a 1st place. Gwen also ran Lynn ?'s "Trouble" to a 4th place finish and NAJ title.

"Tyson" and "Ringo" with owner Dale Baumes both finished their Novice JWW titles at Wine Country, with a 1st and 3rd place respectively! And "Tyson" earned his 2nd Novice Standard leg with a 1st place finish, and "Ringo" got his first Open Standard leg with a 4th place.

"Cassie" and Bev Hornak earned two qualifying runs at the Wine Country for her Novice Standard title, and "Brooke" earned her 8th MXJ leg, and a Q in Excellent Standard.

Also at Wine Country, "Sky" and Cheryl Bell took 3rd place in Excellent A Standard for their first Excellent leg!

"Sli" and Eleanor Carrol earned a 1st place in Open JWW at the Lockport trials.

"Ditz" and Penny Spencer earned two Qs and a 1st and 2nd place in NOvice Regular, a Q and 1st place in Novice Gamblers, and a Q and title in Novice Tunnelers at the SDTC NADAC trials in Ballston Spa. He also ran well in Open Jumpers and received a 1st and 2nd place. His housemate "Curly", after recovering from an injury, earned a Q in Novice Touch 'n Go.

August

Nordic Myst is very successful at the August SNKC trials in NY!

• "Sky" and Cheryl Bell earned a 1st in Open Standard to finish his title!
• "Jason" & Becky Tinus also earned a 1st place in Open Standard
• Bernie & "Muttin" earned a double Q on Friday and a Q in Ex JWW on Sunday!
• Judy Russell and "Spencer" earned an AKC their first Nov B JWW leg with a 1st place!
• Eleanor Carrol and "Sli", a Border Collie, earned two Exc A Standard legs and
  two Open JWW legs at the same trials! All with placements!
• Elaine Perkins and Pembroke Welsh Corgi "Daisy" (Allspice Apple A Day) finished her Open Standard title on Saturday, Aug. 21st, with a 1st place in the 8" class.
• "Zach" (Coltsrun Tri To Be Good), Pembroke Welsh Corgi, owned by Fran Wallo achieved his first LEG in standard at his first show! "Zach" also has 2 Q's in JWW and one Q in Standard from another trial.
• Marliene Buchel and Papillon "Cricket" earned their first Q in Ex A Standard. Cricket also has two legs toward her Ex JWW title, and Q in USDAA Starters/Pairs with Diane Eggleston & "Rocket" Marliene's other dog "Tino" has and NA NAJ and 1 leg towards his open JWW title, and a Q on Starters Jumpers in USDAA and "Zoe" has a Q and 3rd place in USDAA Starters Jumpers.

At the Cato trials, John Russell and "Sassy" (Can CH Carbor Back Talk) earned their first qualifying run ever, with a first place and CLEAN RUN in Novice B JWW!

Also at the Cato trials, "Sky" (Sixbells Vulcan Sky NA, NAJ) and Cheryl Bell earned a 2nd place in Open JWW to finish his title.

July

Judy Russell and "Spencer", a Min Schnauzer (Carbor Talk of the Town, NA) earned a Novice Gamblers title at the Freeville NY July NADAC agility trials.

At the AKC trial in Little York NY, Dale & Jamie Baumes are pleased to report the accomplishments of their Australian Shepherds. "Tyson" got his first Novice Standard leg with a first place Blue ribbon to boot! His housemate "Ringo" double Q'ed on Sunday to acquire his Novice Standard title and his second leg of Novice jumpers, oh yeh, both were perfect scores and Blue ribbon runs!

"Muttin" a Border Collie owned by Bernie Tinus earns another double Q.

Also at the Little York trials, Bernie Tinus and "Muttin" earn another double Q with 4th place standard and 2nd place jumpers runs in Excellent B. At the same trials, Stephanie Crawford and Staffordshire Bull Terrier "Gina" earned an Excellent Standard leg.

Donna Shmidit & "Sydney" at the Doulbe Q Agility trial in Albion got their 2nd AX leg with a 3rd place and 1st MXJ leg with a 4th place.  After 2 trials with no qualifying runs getting 2 in one day was quite exciting!

Penny Spencer and "Ditz" attended a CPE trial.  With the first standard Q Ditz got his overall CPE Level 1 title.  He also had Qs in the following: Level 2 Snooker Q, Level 2 Jumpers Q 22:31, Level 2 Jackpot Q, Level 2 Wild Card Q & 3rd, Level 2 Colors Q & 2nd. This resulted in a grand total for 9 runs is 8 Qs, 1 first, 2 seconds, 1 third and, of course, the Sterling Sweepstakes Winner for Large Dogs!

• Stephanie Crawford and Staffordshire Bull Terrier "Gina" earned a Q and 3rd place in Open JWW.
• "Apollo" a Rottweiler, and Sue Hamlin finished their NJP title with a 1st place, and also qualified in Novice Standard with a 1st!
• John Chaney and Doberman "Rosie" got their AKC Nov JWW title with a 3rd place!
• "Laz" and Cherie Soule earned a 1st place Excellent A Jumpers (2nd leg) and 2nd place Open Standard (2nd leg). 
• "Muttin" and Bernie Tinus earned 2 double Qs with a 4th place in one of their standard runs!
• At the SOTC trial, Linda Aloi's  "Kobi"  had two clean runs in Open Jumpers with two firsts giving Kobi his Open Jumpers title and a bumper leg.
• Terry Brown and Siberian Husky, "Java" finished their AKC Nov JWW title with a first place and a third place.
• Terry Brown and Aussie, "Trek" earned a first place in Excellent Standard.

June

Linda Aloi and Shetland Sheepdog “Kobi” earn their Open Standard title with a 3rd place! Linda and Sheltie “Niki” earn their Novice Standard title with a 2nd place.

Cheryl Bell and Australian Shepherd Sixbells Vulcan Sky earn their 2nd Open JWW with a 1st place.

Sixbells Vulcan Sky with Cheryl Bell earn their 2nd Open Standard leg with a 1st place, and their 1st Open JWW leg with a 2nd place.

Bernie Tinus and "Muttin" earn their first double Q at the AKC trials in Cato with a 4th place in Excellent Standard and a Q in Excellent JWW.

Bev Hornak and Pembroke Welsh Corgi “Brooke” get their 7th MX leg.

Jamie Baumes and Australian Shepherd “Ringo” their 2nd Novice Standard leg.

May

Penny Spencer and "Ditz" went to Cato for the USDAA Trials and earned a Q and 2nd place in P1 Standard, and Q and 3rd place in P1 Jumpers, and a Q and 1st place in P1 Snooker! He also had several other placements over the weekend! Even though he was afraid of the fence!

Barb Regan and "Breeze" earn their first agility title with a 4th place in Novice Standard.

Cherie Soule and "Laz" finish their Novice Standard title with a 2nd Place! See, all that contact work DOES pay off! Penny Spencer and "Ditz" earned their second Q and 2nd place in Novice B, and finished his Novice Gamblers title with a Q and 2nd place!

"Laz" an Australian Shepherd owned by Cherie Soule leaves plenty of room for the bar at an AKC trial.

Becky Tinus and "Jason" earned their first Open Standard leg with a FIRST place!

Cherie Soule ran Marilyn's "Stripe" to finish her Novice Standard title with a first place, AND her Open Jumpers title ALSO with a first place!

April

Cherie Soule ran Marilyn's "Stripe" to one Novice Standard leg (with a 4th place) and TWO Open Jumpers legs (with 2nd and 1st places!) at the trials in Mass!

Penny Spencer and "Ditz" attended the OTRAA NADAC trials and earned a Q and 1st place in Novice B, a Q in Novice Tunnelers, and a Q and 2nd place in Novice Gamblers!

Bev Hornak and "Brooke" earn their 5th and 6th MX legs at the Dauphin Obedience Training Club trials in Harrisburg, and one MXJ leg with a DOUBLE Q on Saturday!

March

Nordic Myst students do well at the March AKC trials in Syracuse NY!

• Cheryl Bell and Sixbells Vulcan Sky earn their Novice JWW title with a 3rd place, and their first Open Standard leg with a 2nd place.
• Marlene Porzio and Old English Sheepdog “Chili” took 1st place in Open JWW and a 4th place in Open JWW.
• John Chaney and Doberman Pinscher "Rosie" (a rescue dog) took a 3rd place in Nov JWW and a 3rd place in Novice standard.
• Bernie Tinus and "Muttin", a Border Collie, took a 2nd place in Exc standard. This finished their Exc Stnd Title!
• Becky Tinus and "Jason", a Border Collie finished two titles in one day with a 2nd place in Nov JWW and a 1st place in Nov standard!
• Cherie Soule and Australian Shepherd, "Laz" took a 1st place in Open JWW. Look for them in Excellent jumpers as that finished their title!
• Terry Brown and Siberian Husky, "Java" finished their Nov Standard title!
• Terry Brown and Australian Shepherd, "Trek", finished their Open JWW title with a 3rd place!
• "Cassie", a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and owned by Bev Hornak earned her Nov JWW title with a placement! 
• "Brooke", a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, owned by Bev Hornak, got her third MXJ leg and her 4th MX leg!

February

Penny Spencer, owner of Master Conan the Ditz NJC, CL1-S, CL1-H, CL1-F is proud to announce the following achievements at the CPE agility trial in Saratoga Springs: Level 1 standard - 3rd and a Q; Level 1 jumpers - 1st and a Q; Level 1 full house - Q; Level 1 colors - 3rd and a Q; Level1 snooker - 2nd and a Q; Level 1 wildcard - 1st and a Q; Level 1 jackpot - 1st and a Q; We are most proud of the jackpot (gamblers) run where Ditz encountered his first tunnel box with style and earned a whopping 74 points (he only needed 36 to Q). He earned his Level 1 Strategy Games, Handler Games and Fun Games titles and is one standard Q away from completing all of his Level 1 titles.

Terry Brown and Australian Shepherd "Trek" earn a 1st place (and 2nd leg) in Open JWW at the Mt. Nittany Dog Training Club trial in PA.

Terry Brown and Siberian Husky "Java" earn a 1st place (and 1st leg) in Novice JWW at the Mt. Nittany Dog Training Club trial in PA. They ALSO earned a 3rd place (and 2nd leg) in Novice Standard!

January

Sixbells Vulcan Sky and Cheryl Bell earn their 2nd leg in Novice JWW with a 3rd place.

Bernie Tinus and "Muttin" earn their first two MACH points!

Becky Tinus and "Jason" earn a 2nd place in Novice A Standard.

Bev Hornak and "Cassie" got their 2nd Nov JWW leg with a placement at the January Syracuse AKC shows! She also got her 1st Open leg in the standard preferred class!

Cherie Soule and "Laz" earned a Q in Open Jumpers with a 1st place and a Q in Novice Standard, also with a 1st place, at the Syracuse NY AKC trials!
