Cazenovia Grill & Common Grounds Under New Management
Skaneateles innkeeper, William Eberhardt (Bill) has signed a long-term agreement to operate the Cazenovia Grill and Common Grounds located in Cazenovia.
Eberhardt, LLC is the current operator of The Colgate Inn in Hamilton. His son, William Eberhardt III (Ben) will oversee the property in Cazenovia, while continuing in his current position at the Colgate Inn. “We are very excited to take on the venture of the Cazenovia Grill and Common Grounds Coffee Shop. We also look forward to working with Project Café and becoming an integral part of the Cazenovia community!” stated Eberhardt III.
Eberhardt, who owns and operates Dining Associates, assumed management on June 1 of the Cazenovia establishments. For more than 35 years Eberhardt’s restaurants and inns have been popular gathering places for central New York residents and visitors. Each of the establishments has a character of its own, reflecting individual community interests. The Cazenovia Grill and Common Grounds will be a place where visitors and community members can enjoy an atmosphere that will be a fine contribution to the community.
