Discovery of the Tug Boat "Cormorant"Part 2 |
The CORMORANT sank in a storm approximately 2-1/2 miles from the Port of Oswego (New York, USA) while en route to New York City from the St. Lawrence River. The tug's two crewmen survived the ordeal by clinging to a tractor tire until they were rescued.
