A Brief History of our Parish

In 1931, during the pastorate of Fr. Butler, St. Joan of Arc Church was first established as a out-mission of St. Therese, Munnsville.

The first Catholic Church in Morrisville was the former Congregational Church - 1938.

On Saturday, June 19, 1971 this church was dedicated and was officially a recognized parish, no longer a mission.

September 25, 1988 celebrated the Golden Anniversary of the parish.

Our altar crucifix, statues of Mary, Joseph, and the Stations of the Cross are exquisite Italian hand-cared wood.
